Christopher Halligan, Esq. has practiced residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation for over 13 years. During this time Mr. Halligan has appeared in thousands of court proceedings including hundreds of trials and summary proceedings.

Prior to joining Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C., Mr. Halligan represented property owners and management companies in landlord-tenant and real estate litigation disputes as a partner in one of the most prominent landlord-tenant firms in New York. Before joining the firm, Mr. Halligan worked as a litigation attorney for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
