Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed Associate
Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed is an associate with Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.
admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bar. Rosemary earned
her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, 2005. Rosemary
received her Bachelor of the Arts from Brooklyn College, The City
University of New York, 2002.
She currently specializes in real estate transactions and has completed
hundreds of real estate closings both for buyers and sellers and
lenders. Prior to joining Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. Rosemary practiced
real estate law where she specialized in the representation of lenders
that participate in commercial and residential lending. She has handled
hundreds of complex loans such as Consolidation, Extension and
Modification Agreements. Rosemary has experience in closing mortgages
secured by condominiums and one to four family houses and loans secured
by cooperative apartment shares and proprietary leases. Rosemary also
has experience in title insurance law.
