Carolyn Z. Rualo is an associate with Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. She specializes in landlord-tenant and foreclosure litigation.

Prior to joining Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C., Mrs. Rualo specialized in insurance defense litigation representing insurance companies and individual property owners in premises liability and property damage matters. She also worked in employment litigation representing unions and advocating for individuals in discrimination lawsuits.

Mrs. Rualo is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
She is a 1998 graduate of Villanova University, College of Commerce & Finance, where she was a member of the Gamma Phi Honors Society. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where she graduated in 2002.
