Donald Mitchell Associate
Donald Mitchell, a graduate of the Adam Leitman Bailey,
P.C. summer associate and externship programs, commenced his career at the firm
participating extensively in the firm's transactional and mortgage finance
group and assisting in condominium conversions.
From there, he went on to work in both the Supreme Court and Landlord
Tenant Departments, winning the admiration of the entire Partners' Committee
for his diligence, perceptiveness, creativity, eloquence, and dedication to
hard work. Mr. Mitchell thereafter
graduated from New York Law School with cum laude honors, as well as earning
the rare combination of selection to both the Moot Court Association and the
Law Review. Mr. Mitchell served as a
Senior Editor of the Law Review and capped his law school career by not only
competing in the Federal Bar Association's Thurgood A. Marshall Memorial Moot
Court Competition in Washington, D.C., but receiving its award for best final
round oral advocate. Mr. Mitchell brings
to Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. an extraordinary set of skills and the passion to
use them creatively and doggedly pursuing the firm's clients' interests.
