Vladimir Mironenko Law Clerk
After graduating from
Stuyvesant High School, Vladimir Mironenko received his B.S. magna cum laude from Pace University in 2007, while working as
a loan officer and closing dozens of residential and commercial real estate
deals for his clients.
Mr. Mironenko received his J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2011 where he
placed in the top 5% of his class. Mr. Mironenko served as Staff Editor of the
Law Review and was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar in the school's Center for
Real Estate Studies. As part of a senior capstone, he collaborated with the
center to develop a website designed to assist solo practitioners to negotiate
and draft real estate forms and documents.
Mr. Mironenko first joined the externship program at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.
in 2009, as a member of the firm's transactional and Landlord-Tenant
departments. As an extern he researched the law of mortgage lien priorities for
an article published in the New York Law Journal and participated in a
successful jury trial which decided succession rights to a rent stabilized
apartment in New York City.
He is presently a law clerk in the firm's Litigation and Landlord-Tenant
Groups while his admission to the bar is pending. He is fluent in Russian.
