Thomson Reuters Purchases Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. Commercial and Residential Leases and Landlord/Tenant Agreements from BlumbergExcelsior

According to a press release by Thomson Reuters, they have signed a strategic licensing agreement with BlumbergExcelsior which will add more than 250 Blumberg forms to current content on Westlaw Form Builder. Thomson Reuters noted that “Blumberg legal forms include more than one hundred landlord-tenant and real estate forms, many of them authored by such prominent authorities as… attorneys at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C..”
Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. has drafted 23 commercial and residential leases for BlumbergExcelsior. Mr. Blumberg noted, “Blumberg’s legal team in conjunction with prominent real estate attorneys from Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. have put together the most remarkable lease agreements that will certainly better protect property owners.”
Under the new agreement, customers on Westlaw Form Builder will be able to:
· Auto-fill Blumberg forms using Westlaw document generation software;
· Purchase Blumberg forms on a subscription instead of a transaction basis; and
· Navigate more easily from Blumberg forms to Westlaw’s larger repository of forms
