Ranked as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Andrew C. Jorges dedicates himself to the firm’s Transactional Group. Mr. Jorges has participated in almost one thousand purchase and sale transactions during his career and has been with Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. since 2015. He has specialized in representing clients in the purchase and sale of cooperatives, condominiums, houses and multi-family homes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jorges worked at a boutique real estate practice where he handled a variety of real estate matters including transactional real estate, real estate litigation, and provided general counsel to boards of directors and managers in connection with various facets of building management and operations.
Mr. Jorges received his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, Mr. Jorges was an extern for the Honorable Sheldon J. Halprin, Civil Court of the City of New York. Prior to law school, Mr. Jorges was an associate at the accounting firm KPMG LLP in their audit practice.
Mr. Jorges is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
