Andrew W. Winters is an associate with the firm’s Real Estate Litigation group, concentrating on real estate and other complex litigation matters. Mr. Winters is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.
Mr. Winters has extensive experience in all phases of litigation before New York State and federal courts. He has represented clients in a broad range of complex litigation, including claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and professional malpractice.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Winters was an associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where he graduated with Honors. While attending The George Washington University Law School, Mr. Winters served as a legal intern with the Office of Enforcement of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, United States Department of Energy, as well as a legal intern with the Office of Intellectual Property Rights of the International Trade Administration, United States Department of Commerce, earning graduate recognition for his pro bono work devoted to the public interest.
