Jason E. Rogovich is an associate in the firm’s Transactional and Banking practices. Mr. Rogovich has successfully guided clients through complicated due diligence reviews and contract negotiations. Additionally, he has represented clients in the purchase and sale of cooperatives, condominium, houses, vacant land and multi-family homes and acted as settlement agent for many institutional lenders.
During law school, Mr. Rogovich was a member of the school’s Center for Real Estate Studies. Following law school, he was awarded the Center for New York City Law’s CityLaw/CityLand Fellowship, where he produced numerous publications on NYC land use and zoning, real estate development and on real estate related legislation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rogovich, worked at a boutique transactional real estate law firm where he handled a myriad of residential, banking and commercial transactions.
