Joshua Filsoof has joined Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. as an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where he had previously worked as a legal extern, summer associate, and law clerk. Prior to joining as an associate, Mr. Filsoof worked as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Deborah Gross-Quatrone, New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County, Civil Division. As a judicial law clerk, Mr. Filsoof managed the civil motion calendar, mediated cases, and drafted numerous opinions for motions and bench trials.
Mr. Filsoof earned his J.D. Cum Laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While attending Cardozo, Mr. Filsoof served as an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, was a member of the Cardozo Law School’s mediation clinic, and was a judicial intern to the Honorable Laurie Lau, Civil Court of the City of New York. Prior to law school, Mr. Filsoof graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in history.
Mr. Filsoof is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
