
Michael Nesheiwat is an associate attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Litigation and Landlord-Tenant groups, focusing his practice on complex commercial and residential/commercial landlord-tenant litigation matters, including non-payment and holdover proceedings.
Mr. Nesheiwat is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society—Trial Division. He was selected for the Trial Division’s National Team, earning multiple individual awards for his trial excellence and receiving the Order of Barristers honors. Mr. Nesheiwat was also a Notes Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and a Brooklyn Law School Real Estate Society member.
