William M. Pekarsky is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He started working for the firm as a legal extern in 2018, before becoming a summer associate, law clerk, and finally an attorney.

Mr. Pekarsky is a cum laude graduate of New York Law School. While attending New York Law School, Mr. Pekarsky was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, served as Notes and Comments Editor for the New York Law School Law Review, was Chair of the Intramural Negotiation Competition for the New York Law School Dispute Resolution Team, and was a member of the New York Law School Securities Arbitration Clinic.

Mr. Pekarsky graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in business administration, with a specialization in finance.
