Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. handled the sale of their condo and their purchase of a house. The condo has no managing agent, so the firm needed to contact board members directly in order to get everything the purchaser and their lender required to clear their files. It was more work intensive than a regular condo transaction, but the firm was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. With their proceeds from the sale, they are currently under contract to purchase a house in Queens. During contract negotiations and inspections, Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. was able to get a price reduction due to issues found in the house.
