“Thank you very much for your generous support of our event and mission. I hope you enjoyed the Gala.”

Dear Adam,

On Wednesday, April 30, Brooklyn Community Housing and Services (BCHS) host the 2014 Talented Brooklyn Gala at the Green Building in Brooklyn. Thanks to generous friends like you, this wonderful celebration netted more than $70,000 in unrestricted funds to help us end homelessness in Brooklyn.

I am writing on behalf of the clients, Board and staff of BCHS to thank you for contributing $2,500 to be a Patron sponsor of Talented Brooklyn. As a sponsor, your firm reached more than 200 attendees who value your commitment to the Brooklyn community.

You compassionate support offers encouragement to our formerly homeless resident artists, and recognizes our talented Brooklyn-based performers. In addition, your participation affirms the commitment of the dedicated BCHS employees who help approximately 1,000 residents move from crisis and homelessness to community and independence each year.

For your convenience, I have enclosed a copy of the Talented Brooklyn journal containing your ad. We also featured the ad in our “video journal,” which was projected in the room during the event. Furthermore, we will recognize your generous support in our upcoming Community Notes newsletter.

If you have questions or would like additional copies of the journal, feel free to contact me at (###) ###-#### ext. ### or XXX@BCHandS.org. Thank you again for you partnership in BCHS’ mission to end homelessness in Brooklyn.

Sincerely,

Geoff Kessell

Development Director
