Carolyn Z. Rualo Nominated for Chambers Future Leader of Gender Diversity

Caroyln Rualo, of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.’s Landlord-Tenant Litigation team, was recently recognized by the Chambers Women in Law Awards: USA 2018. Specifically, Mrs. Rualo was nominated for the Future Leader – Gender Diversity (Private Practice) category, joining only four other women from across the nation.

These awards reflect outstanding contributions to furthering the advancement of women in the law through gender diversity, inclusion, promotion programs, and mentoring. Chambers recognizes top lawyers from both in-house and private practice who are dedicated to women’s progression within the legal profession.

Mrs. Rualo is a leading attorney who has been recognized for her impressive accomplishments in real estate law. She has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and has also been featured as one of the Super Lawyers Top 50 Women Attorneys in the New York metropolitan area – one of only 18 real estate attorneys who made the list. Her cases have been covered in the media, as she has taken part in impactful work helping to keep tenants from being wrongfully evicted, save businesses being confronted with changing laws and regulations, and helping landlords to address nuisance tenants and tenants that take advantage of rent stabilization.

Besides real estate matters, Mrs. Rualo takes seriously her work towards supporting women in the workplace. Supporting Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.’s women’s initiatives, Mrs. Rualo serves as not only a leader in her department, but also as a mentor to others at the firm.
