Caitlyn Kelly

Caitlyn Kelly started as an Extern in Spring of 2021, continued as a Summer Associate, and is now a Law Clerk at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. working in both the transactional and litigation departments. She is in her final year in the day division of New York Law School. There, Ms. Kelly has many important roles including: an editor of the Family Law Quarterly Law Review Journal, a teaching assistant, and co-president, and co-founder of the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF), which under Ms. Kelly’s leadership was recognized as a Student Chapter of the Year by the National ALDF Organization.

Ms. Kelly also has experience working for the Warren County District Attorney’s Office and in Dispute Resolution primarily for commercial matters. Ms. Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree from Lynn University Summa Cum Laude where she studied business management in the three-year accelerated undergraduate program and was a member of the Women’s NCAA Division II soccer program.
