Irina Tanenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Adam Leitman Bailey P.C.
Prior to joining ALB, Irina was the co-founder and COO/CFO of BRIGHT, HealthTech startup in the cognitive space. Prior to BRIGHT, Irina spent 15 years leading investment research and due diligence for institutional investors, such as MetLife, YMCA Retirement Fund, The Juilliard School, and Artivest. Irina has covered venture capital, buyout, real estate, energy, infrastructure, hedge funds and long only managers. Irina has also founded her own consulting firm, cultivating growth for seed-stage companies and worked with FinTech, MedTech, life sciences, consumer, and social media companies.
Irina holds a BS in finance from Rutgers University School of Business and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University. She is passionate about providing education and growth opportunities to immigrant and low income communities. She has volunteered for iMentor, Upwardly Global, JobsNotWar, Legal Information Network for Ukraine, and organizations supporting Ukrainian orphanages.
Irina’s art collection consists of works by artists from all over the world. Irina plays piano and is an avid fan of jazz/classical music. She is fluent in Russian and can survive speaking Lithuanian and Spanish.
