Jonathan Égalité is a legal extern in the transactional and litigation department at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. and is currently in his third year at Hofstra Law School. He previously interned with the Hofstra Housing Practicum under the supervision of Honorable Fern Fisher, former Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for New York City Courts. As an intern, he assisted with landlord and tenant motions, stipulations, and conferences.
He is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association Law Student Pro Bono Program, where he assists community businesses with their COVID-19 legal inquiries.
Prior to law school, Égalité was a real estate paralegal for two years. He attended St. John’s University where he received his B.S. in legal studies and minored in business law and philosophy. His goal is to work on real estate transactions and litigation matters.
