Wiley Offers Legal Aid for House Hunters
Richard Narramore at Wiley bought world rights to Finding the Uncommon Deal by Adam Leitman Bailey. Bailey is a well-known New York real estate attorney—the book’s subtitle is A Top New York Lawyer Explains How to Buy a House for the Lowest Possible Price—and agent Maura Teitelbaum, of Abrams Artists Agency, brokered the deal for him. Teitelbaum says the book will be “a comprehensive guide to navigating the current real estate market,” with special attention paid to finding overlooked bargains. Bailey, who was named a “super lawyer” by Law & Politics magazine, writes a real estate column for the New York Law Journal.
