The parties, both represented by counsel, agreed to submit the issue of the amount of respondents reasonable legal fees to the court after conference and upon submission of the billing records of respondent’s counsel to the court. From the total amount sought, $13,658.45, the court has deducted only $244.00 billed in connection with a lease and rent dispute from 7/11/11 – 8/11/11, $836.00 billed in connection with a non-payment proceeding from 9/8/11 – 9/14/11, $430.00 billed in 12/11 in connection with the non-payment case, $560 billed in 3/12 in the non-payment case, #341.25 for billings connected to the non-payment in 4/12, $288.00 billed for the non-payment in 5/12, $160.00 billed on repair issues in 5/12, $190.00 billed for unrelated matter in 7/12, and $200.00 on the non-payment in 9/12.

After these deductions, judgement is directed in favor of respondent and against petitioner for $10,469.20 as respondent’s reasonable fees in connection with the holdover proceeding.
