Shields in its entirety; granting defendant Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing’s motion to dismiss in its entirety; dismissing the Complaint with prejudice and without leave to replead; denying in forma pauperis status for the purpose of any appeal; and directing the Clerk of the Court to enter judgment accordingly and mark this case closed, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff Zahir Khan take nothing of defendants Continental Home Loans, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration, Systems, Inc., Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, Russell Carl Bucheri, Esq., Bank of America, Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, and John Does and Jane Does 1 through 100; that defendant Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing’s motion to dismiss is granted in its entirety; that the Complaint is dismissed with prejudice and without leave to replead; that in forma pauperis status for the purpose of any appeal is denied; and that this case is closed.
