Adam Leitman Bailey to Moderate Baruch College Panel on Real Estate Capital Markets: “Obstacles and Opportunities for The Year Ahead”
Adam Leitman Bailey was the moderator at the Baruch College Real Estate Alumni Club panel on Real Estate Capital Markets where they discussed obstacles and opportunities for the year ahead on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. The panel was held at the Strand Hotel on West 37th in midtown Manhattan. The comments and conversation were focused on the specific issue of real estate capital markets, lending institutions, debt markets and public equity markets. The panel was comprised of Lowell Dansker, Chairman of Intervest National Bank, Barry Ziering, Managing Director at BlackRock, Stephen J. Pearlman, Senior Managing Director at Cassidy Turley and Gary Gordon, Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey.
