Adam Leitman Bailey Presents Workshop Sponsored by Asian American Business Development Center and NorthFork Bank on Commercial Lease Negotiation for Small Business Owners and Microentrepreneurs

The City Bar Fund conducts legal seminars and clinics for small businesses in order to help small business owners understand the legal aspects of commercial leases and other business matters. The workshop will cover issues on Commercial Landlord Tenant matters and the Small Firm Attraction and Retention Grant Program. Adam Leitman Bailey, Esq. of the Law Firm of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. will present an overview of your legal rights as you begin to think about signing or negotiating a commercial lease. The presentation will also address eligibility requirements and application procedures for the Small Firm Attraction and Retention Grant.

Founded by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York in 1946, the City Bar Fund strives to facilitate and improve access to justice for low-income New Yorkers. This is one of the workshops designed by AABDC and working with other non-profit organization to provide financial assistance programs and entrepreneurial development information. This workshop is designed for small businesses below 14th street only and affected by WTC disaster.
