Christopher Halligan Speaks at the New York County Housing Court on The Law of Contempt
Christopher Halligan discussed the laws of Contempt for New York Housing Court practitioners. Using past trials and cases, Mr. Halligan spoke about the standards for determining appropriate sanctions, judicial error and possible discipline in New York housing court. Attendees included many of the City’s top practitioners as well as judges and court attorneys.
