NYARM PRESENTS: Selected New Laws and Cases that Every Operator of Multifamily Coop and Condos Must Know

On Wednesday, September 12, 2012 Adam Leitman Bailey was the featured speaker at the New York Association of Realty Manager’s (NYARM) seminar where he discussed legal strategies. The seminar was held at the Hotel Pennsylvania on 33rd street in midtown Manhattan. The lecture was focused on the specific issues of foreclosures, discrimination, disabled residents and smoking rights. Following the presentation there was a question and answer period where attendees were able to receive Mr. Bailey’s expert opinion on specific issues. This event was part of a real estate expo that drew large crowds from all over the city.
