Adam Leitman Bailey was the guest speaker at the New York Association of Realty Manager’s (NYARM) legal seminar where they discussed recent decisions that affect operators of coop and condominium buildings on Wednesday, July 18, 2012. The seminar was held at Pearl Studio in Manhattan. The comments and conversation were focused on the specific issues of discrimination, dealing with disabled tenants and smoking rights of residents, neighbors and owners. There room was filled to capacity with members anxious to learn about these important current issues affecting their buildings.
