Adam Leitman Bailey Speaks at Seventh Annual Breakfast Forum on Sustainable Real Estate Development Focusing on the Impact of Superstorm Sandy

On October 9th, 2013 Adam Leitman Bailey was one of four keynote speakers at the Seventh Annual Breakfast Forum on Sustainable Real Estate Development. Joining Mr. Bailey was David Cheiken, Vice President of Leasing at Brookfeild Office Properties, Robert Schimmenti, Vice President of Engineering and Energy Services at Con Edison, and Tokumbo Shobowale, Chief Business Operations Officer at City of New York, Office of the Mayor. The event focused on the impact of Superstorm Sandy on NYC Real Estate. Mr. Bailey spoke about the difficult cases he took on during Hurricane Sandy, the solutions he found and how residents of New York City can protect themselves should such a disaster ever occur again. After his speech, he answered questions from the audience. The event was held at New York Law School and was presented by the Center for Real Estate Studies and Center for New York City Law.
