The Nuts & Bolts of Litigating Companion Animal Housing Claims

This program will provide practitioners with resources to assist them in representing clients with animal-related issues in housing. Topics to be discussed include New York City, State, and Federal laws and regulations regarding landlord/tenant rights and obligations. Panel members will cover topics including lease provisions, litigating animal nuisance cases and the three-month rule, and emotional support/service animal reasonable accommodation claims.
