“We Felt That, with Their Previous Success, There Was Great Potential for Future Success.” – Steve McGarry, President of Cathedral Tower Condominium
Steve McGarry, President of Cathedral Tower Condominium, discusses his experiences as a Client of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.
I’m Steve McGarry, and I’m the President of Cathedral Tower Condominium. Adam Leitman B PC has helped us on two litigations recently, which were a reserve fund issue where the sponsor underfunded the reserve fund and then we also had litigation with that same sponsor about roof rights and revenue from a cell tower. The cases were handled separately, but settled together. IT was a global settlement, and we had what we feel as a condo as a good result from Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. lawyers- Leonard Ritz, Jeffrey Metz all helped us, and of course Adam Bailey, the engine always driving the machine. The settlement went in the condominium’s favor, we were able to get all the cell phone tower revenue, and also the non financial considerations that add up to value to the entire condominium as far as controlling common areas and such. We also had litigation that Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. helped us with in the past, regarding a cell phone tower with T-Mobile and we had a positive settlement with that so we obviously felt that with the previous success, there would be the potential for future success and we are satisfied that we stuck with Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. and actually prevailed in two separated cases this time around. We had a good relationship with ALB in the past, they actually had a former lawyer here came up with the reserve fund issue and gave us the thought behind that in order to be able to go forward and sue the sponsor, so it was entirely an idea created by Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.. The attention to detail in our offering plan and the creative application of the law is what helped us in our current litigation. I would absolutely recommend Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. to anyone that is involved in real estate litigation or just general real estate practice.
