What do you do for a living?
I am in the commercial real estate business and currently working with Massey Knakal Realty Services. We specialize in sale of investment properties throughout New York City. I have been in the business now for ten years and with Massey Knakal for the last five.
How did you meet Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.?
About five years ago, I was hired on assignment to sell a 50 unit apartment building. He was the closing attorney. Needless to say, that was the smoothest transaction I have had up to that point.

He’s aggressive and yet very patient with his clients. He takes the time to listen and understand their needs and it’s not really just about winning or losing. He never really loses sight of his clients needs and he treats every client whether large or small the same amount of respect and consideration.
Do you have any last comments before we are done?
There is one assignment that I had reached out to Adam for that is not typical but there was a write-up succession case with a rent controlled apartment. Although they are rarely ever overturned, we hired Adam to take care of the situation and within three weeks the apartment was vacant which enabled my client to have a tremendous increase in there in that bottom line.
