Q. What brought you to Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.?
What brought me here was word of mouth. This firm can get the job done. We has structural defects in the home owners association that I represent so I figured if I’m going to get the job done correctly I need to get the best possible legal team to make the best possible corrections. I am very happy at the outcome, I worked closely with Adam and [redacted] who were very patient, and kind of walked me and guided me through the procedure to get the best possible decisions for our home owners and I’m glad that we came to a good result. We are getting a lot of things fixed, that when we started out weren’t even an issue but we’re getting them done through these wonderful attorneys, that we have representing us.

Any time I text or email and phone calls were returned, I wasn’t sitting on hold. I liked the aggressive demeanor , very knowledgeable and I like that whole take no prisoners attitude that gets the job done. I was very happy with that, that I didn’t have to worry about whether or not I made the right decision, or whether I should have gone somewhere else. I never had to second guess any of the decisions were being made, so I think I made the right choice.
Q. Can you describe your case?
We had structural defects with our streets we have paved, brick streets that were buckled, sinking in. We had cracks down the streets down the middle, homes had leaks, uneven floors, drafty windows. A lot of time these things happen when you’re building high volume, a lot of homes and sometimes you have to cut corners, and I knew that we had to correct these things because eventually they would fall on the home owner once the warranty was up, and I think that was fair, because we pay high premiums for our homes, I didn’t think we would have to make costly repairs within ten years. But those are the reasons for the structural defects.

Oh absolutely, I’ve already done it. It’s already done, but yes. I just had a wonderful experience here, and if anyone has any doubts, they can take this testimonial to the bank, because I am pleased.
