We lived there five years and we recently purchased as tenant purchasers.
What did Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. do for you?
Victor: Where should we begin?
Chad: Everything…he helped us to bring our tenants association together and to take the problems we had in the building, the housing code violations. He got those into court and he also negotiated fantastic prices for the tenant purchasers and the firm really handled all of our needs from beginning to end in this whole process, it was excellent.

Victor: Yes, very happy. Now, we own our new home.

Chad: Well, the strategy was comprehensive which I think is what makes this firm unique. We met with several lawyers to talk about our situation and they all said “oh well, I could help you to negotiate the terms of the condo conversion” or “I could help you with housing court cases” but Adam from the first moment realized that this was all part of one big case and that his firm was prepared to handle both sides of it because neither…if you focus only on one area…than the other would not be as successful and that is why we choose his firm in the beginning and that is what really sold us and it turned out to be true.

Victor: Through Heidi, correct.

Chad: Adam, of course.

Chad: And Dov Trieman. We love them all.
What were your first impressions?
Victor: Adam is like a Broadway show. I mean really. He’s smart, he hits his points, his entertaining, his humanity, he is like a modern day hero. People who have the American dream…to own their home…so thank you Adam.
Chad: He really comes off as ferocious and so that can be intimidating at first, but I found that it was really a great skill especially in someone who you are hiring to do really…fight really hard for you and something that is so important he was able to deliver on that first impression all the way through.

Victor: Everything. Efficiency.
Chad: And they were very friendly

Chad: Approachable….and very fast…and they were always available to us and very quick to respond to any questions we had all the way through the process which is important because it is just a daunting undertaking.
