I was impressed how tirelessly you worked on my behalf not only to sell my apartment, but also to close the deal. You took a personal interest in trying to find the right person for the apartment, even going as far as trying to get that person financing in order to help him buy the apartment. This is very rare, and shows me what a committed person you are to your business. You care about the people just as much as the property.
You did so much to expedite the closing, and you kept me informed at all the developments at all times, with regular updates so I wasn’t left in the dark. It was very nice and easy having you as both my real estate agent and lawyer. You were always available at work, at home, and on your cell phone at all hours of the day an night. Even when things got crazy you were always professional, courteous, and considerate. You were also reassuring and did whatever was necessary to keep me happy and calm.
