Sorry for the delay in getting back to you – but G did take the money and leave. I took a video of me counting the money in front of him (L was there as well) and giving it to him in exchange for the keys. We change the locks on this room and the front door at the same time as well. G also signed on the bottom of the stipulation that he received the $15K in cash.
