I hope all is well. You probably hear complaints all day so I just wanted to blow pleasant words your way … Jackie is handling some matters for us and we keep adding more to the pile. While you undoubtedly know it and think the same I think she’s just the bomb! I deal with a lot of attorneys all over the country and there isn’t one that is more hands on, more prompt in getting back to me, more professional but friendly at the same time or just plain more with their A game on all the time than Jackie.
