I wanted to thank you for getting through all this. If it wasn’t for you, we’d probably have lost this house. I’m sorry that it was so difficult, I didn’t really think it would be so difficult because I thought the seller was eager to sell, and had no way to even imagine how inept her lawyer would be. Although he did prove to be entertaining for the closing. lol. I really liked how you handled him and I had to bite my tongue a few times not to make things unpleasant. Either way, we just can’t wait to have you over for a BBQ.
