Thank you for the e-mail below. It was the nicest and most flattering I’ve received regarding the elections. It was a joy to work with you and to learn from you.
Last year’s board would not have had any success without you. In addition to your legal expertise and negotiating our complaint against the sponsor, you were integral to our greatest, long-term improvements in the building: identifying exactly what we own, and beginning the conversion of the 38th floor roof into an additional amenity.
Moreover, we never would have been successful in our transitions of managing agents and board members without you. And, through all those challenges, we really progressed in our complaint and settlement agreement. Only because you were so knowledgeable and informative was I able to learn and work on the many issues we faced.
