I’m Patrick Marshall, I’m a legal extern from New York Law School. I’ve been here for about 4 months now. I’m getting class credit while working in the law firm.
It is a firm that’s very new, but also very well established. Its very well known in the real estate litigation sphere, but its still new because it cans still adapt to modern day that other firms are still stuck in the past.
One of the best things about the externship is learning about how specialized real estate litigation is and being able to apply your law school classes to actual practice.
The biggest take away is being able to have real life and work experience that you can apply to not only classes but your future career.
Set yourself apart, make sure you know what you bring to the table.
