My Dear Adam,
I would like to express my most sincere appreciation and gratitude to you. And today because of you I am finally able to put this awful landlord experience behind me and leave it to the 2018 memories.
I have the utmost respect for you and the work you do. Your perseverance, resilience, faith, spirit and justice goes a long way and while challenges may arise and make us feel angry, hopeless…, it forces us to grow and change, but what remains are people, hearts and soul like yours.
This year you did something magical for me, and without knowing it, you restored faith in my heart. In caring for [redacted] you stood up for me and it forced me to let go of something that was no longer needed for me and to be somewhere I was needed.
