Rachel was instrumental in securing this win for myself and my neighbors. We are all very satisfied.
Rachel is a pleasure to work with. She was responsive to all my inquiries, even up until the meeting at 7PM. And her in depth knowledge and mastery of condo laws is very impressive. I greatly appreciated her doing the mental gymanstics with me regarding this annual meeting and the interpretation of our archaic by-laws in general.
I have given Rachel the moniker “Queen of Condo Law”. I think she is still deciding if she likes the title. But I do not think she can question her destiny. 🙂
