It took many years to get to the closing table. My mother died years ago and we were finally able to see the finish line once this house was sold. My nephew was kind enough to work with the transactional department at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. to get us ready for closing. We went through quite a few buyers because as you can imagine the house is not really in great shape. The transactional department at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. was great to work with. They were there for us every step of the way negotiating all those contracts and doing everything they could to get us to the closing table. They returned all of our calls quickly and they always had the answers to all of our questions. Believe me, with all the trustees, executrix and a big family there were a lot of them. They were patient and always available for us. All of their hard work finally paid off as we were ready to close.
So there I was at my closing. It had been a long day and I felt like this process was never going to end. The people at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. kept telling me that if there was anything at all I needed they would do it for me. So when one of the partners popped in and asked if anybody needed I drink I replied: “Scotch on the rocks would be nice”. Imagine my surprise when 5 minutes later a handsome Scottish man introduces himself to us as a litigation attorney with the firm of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. and brings me an 18 year old single malt whiskey with ice! He even gave us a brief lesson on whiskey tasting! So I suppose it is true : Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. really will do anything for their clients.
