The paralegal Natasha Sarwan was a joy to work with. Nothing seemed to faze her and everything got done that she said would get done in quick and professional fashion. She even withstood an angry phone call from me and a snafu (not of her doing) that seemed ready to hold up the process. Not only did it not, but she took care of unraveling the problem and fixing it. (And I profusely apologized for my ire.)
No matter how many times I’ve done mortgage closings (we’ve done many), the process is always a little unsettling. But Ms. Sarwan made sure that this time that wasn’t the case. You should be proud of the people working with you, as I’m sure you are.
