Hi, my name is Steve, and I think I would like to begin by just thanking Mr. Bailey, Dov, Mrs.Rualo and the staff here at the firm. Just about a year ago I came to the firm and retained Mr. Bailey to handle a case I had. It was a rent stabilization case and we just resolved the case very much to my liking and with an excellent settlement.

I was very happy with how the firm worked, everyone worked very hard to work with me and explain strategy and tactics to me and then discuss where we were going, and what directions we could take, and then discuss different options, and we chose an option that ended up being a winning option. I thought Mr. Bailey was an excellent lawyer, very good in explaining to me what we were doing and laying out the case and then executing what he said he was going to execute.
I would say a couple of things. First of all, I’ll say right off the bat that the settlement that we achieved in my case exceeded my hopes for the settlement, so that was obviously excellent. And secondly, I would say that my experience with the firm as a whole has been nothing but positive.
