Working at the firm has been a wonderful experience.
The work here is challenging and you are expected to give a hundred and ten percent every day, but at the same time it is very rewarding. There are no two days that are the same and it has been a continuous learning process of facing new challenges head on and learning as you go along. Adam is extremely driven, knowledgeable and dedicated, and the attorneys are the best in their field. I have learnt a great deal by working alongside such talented people and this experience has taught me a lot about the world of real estate, law, and business in general.
There is a family-like culture at the firm, and Adam goes above and beyond to make sure his employees are happy. The firm organizes events such as summer and holiday parties, and also celebrates birthdays, engagements and other life events. Adam also provides lunches during the summer, and there are other perks such as occasional tickets and manicures in the office every other week. The office itself is beautiful and has stunning views overlooking Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty, and all of these aspects contribute to making it an enjoyable place to come to work every day.
For me personally, this has been a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am very grateful to Adam for providing me with such a unique experience. I feel that I have developed both professionally and personally during my time at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C., and I have learnt a lot of skills that I will take with me into the future.
