When I was told that you were not only the best real estate attorney in New York City, I was curious as to why not only my peers but that a television program gave you such kudos.
Throughout the process of my purchase, I have come to understand the reason for your standing in the New York City real estate field. As an attorney myself, I realize just how important it is to make ones client feel comfortable while matters and completed. Trust is important. I was fully at ease, having been able to put my full confidence in you.
People had told me that buying a home can be the most nervous time of one’s life. Especially the first purchase! It is a tribute to you that I have never felt nervous or anxious about my purchase. You were always quick to explain the process, do the job and give me the extra phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the progress of the transaction. It gave me the time I needed to deal about the issues of the move (like packing!).
Your work was especially impressive considering that my closing was scheduled for the middle of February and I needed to move it to January for financial reasons. I told you this on January 10, and by January 18, I was at the closing and became an apartment owner. You saved me money and a great deal of lost sleep through your outstanding efforts.
