My thanks to you and to [redacted] for your help in the lengthy and, frankly, horrific campaign to sell my apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful, but the building’s paperwork and records were a complete mess, and the Managing Agent was more of an adversary than an ally in every single action we took to improve matters.
